Item 13 - Provide amended plans that detail window treatments and retaining walls
and fence lines for units adjacent to 11 Myall Street.
Item 14 - Provide revised plans that demonstrate the provision of substantial
landscaping and reduced fencing and retaining walls to the Myall Street Frontage.
Item 15 - Provide revised plans that utilize materials that are consistent with the
residential character of the area and result in a significant reduction in the
brickwork on the Myall Street building.

Please find attached a further render plan and updated architectural plans showing
changes to window treatments, fencing, retaining walls and landscaping along the Myall
St frontage. The changes provide for a more sympathetic timber and tin presentation to
Myall St setback from the street with large landscaping areas and tiered fencing that will
not dominate the streetscape.

Items 16-18 – Waste Management Plans
Please find attached Recor Engineering’s detailed response to the information request
