Attachment 2 - Neighbours Consent
Noosa Shire Council PO Box 141 TEWANTIN QLD 4565 Attention: Development Services RE: Proposed Extensions to Existing Dual Occupancy & Reconfigure of a Lot Unit 1 & 2 of 6 Martin Street, PEREGIAN BEACH Lot 1 & Lot 2 on $P215946 and Lot 0 on GTP345 To Whom it May Concern, As an adjoining landowner of the above property, | would like to express my support for the proposed extensions and reconfiguration of the existing Dual Occupancy on the above-mentioned premises, known as Unit 1 & 2 of 6 Martin Street, Peregian Beach. | acknowledge that the proposed building works includes Unit 2 constructing a garage which is to be built to boundary of our adjoining lots, inclusive of a roof deck situated above (as demonstrated in the Proposal Plans prepared by DCM Building Design and Drafting — Attachment 1). Specifically, | am aware of that the following parameters; e The proposed height of the built to boundary garage wall will be cut into the site at the boundary, with the exposed height of the garage wall being 2.03m from the existing site levels. ¢ The QDCMP permits that fences can have a height of 2m, with the proposed garage wall only exceeding this by 3cm. ¢ The total length of the built to boundary garage wall is 7.1 metres. e The remaining length of the boundary will be timber fence. e The rooftop deck proposed atop the garage will run the length of the garage wall and be setback 1.5m from the boundary and includes a pergola with privacy screen. It is my opinion that the proposed built to boundary garage wall and roof top deck will not impact on my amenity, nor will it detract from the amenity or character of the existing streetscape given the proposed garage does not result in overlooking, overshadowing or further noise impacts upon my adjoining property. In addition to acknowledging and supporting the proposed built to boundary garage structure at 6 Martin Street, Peregian Beach, | include the additional comments: THe Flofesc> DevccePmens Wnre Adp 46 THE CHM ACTER OF Whe StKéer hud Wie ASSIST IN KEE CARS on RAINE Oh) TUE STREET a # hw AnAZED Tineke Wis Bean Alo Kien SERous Acc DENTS TO DATE.
