Tewantin
The overall percentage of dwelling stock used for short term accommodation appears down
from 2% to 1.85 %, likely due to undetected home hosted accommodation, as the number of
entire dwellings used for short term accommodation increased from 71 to 77 since April 2020.
Just under half are located in a residential zone. 10 hotel style rooms and 278 caravan / camp
sites are also available in Tewantin. The highest concentration of short-term accommodation
was in “old” Tewantin and at the Noosa Lakes Resort.
