LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT TO FORM PART OF APPROVAL

The following maintenance program has been designed to ensure that the new landscape is successful.
Lack of maintenance and low plant nutrition will result in a poor performance.

Due to some areas not having any available water this program has been designed to ensure that adequate
water is supplied to all planters, pots and garden areas.

MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

The following program is based on three (3) visits per week, each visit will require the following.
We recommend a visit on Monday, Wednesday, Friday of each week for the first 12 months.

1. Remove any dead leaves from pots, planters & gardens

2. Water all non-irrigated garden areas

3. Check for pest & disease, treat with organic options only.

4. — Additional water for Advanced Waterhousia trees.

Fortnightly tasks on top of weekly tasks.
1. Liquid fertilise with a combination of seasol & powerfeed.
Every three months

1. Fertilise with Organic Xtra or osmocoate slow release
2. Spray potted palms with pest oil.

ADVANCED TREE REFER TO PLANTING PLAN

500mm deep pebble mulch, tapered down in centre
To form water basin

65mm Or 100mm slotted flexible pipe installed at the
Time of planting to ensure deep watering to base of rootball

Tree pit to be excavated to depth of rootball and back
filled with specified top soil supply spec

Scarify all sides of planting hole, rip clay surfaces
Cultivate subgrade to 150mm depth

If clay base is found excavate a further 300mm and
Backfill with 25 —- 50mm drainage gravel

NOTES: All advanced in ground trees to have a 900mm perimeter
Root barrier installed

PLANTER BOX SPECIFICATION

Remove all existing vegetation

Inspect planter box for any defects

Remove existing membrane

Inspect and test water feeds for automatic irrigation
Install new membrane as per engineering specifications
Install coreflue to protect ne membrane

Install Atlantis 30mm drainage cell to floor and walls
Install geo fabric textile to all drainage cell

Install Hydrocell 40 medium

Install automatic drip irrigation to all planter boxes
Install specified plants as per plan #1002250525
Install 10mm coffs harbour pebble

750mm - 900mm- 1200mm - 1500mm POT SPECIFICATION

All pots to have drainage holes installed

150mm depth 10mm drainage gravel installed

Geo fabric filtre to be installed over drainage gravel

Searles premium potting mix to be used in all planters
Slow-release fertiliser to be installed at the time of planting.
