Pursuant to section 32.2 of the Development Assessment Rules (DAR), the applicant gives notice that it stops the current period until 29 September 2023, to allow time for the applicant to respond to the reasons of refusal contained within the General Committee Meeting Minutes, dated 17 July 2023. It is understood that pursuant to section 32.6 of the DAR, the applicant can withdraw the notice at any time.

Please confirm that the application (MCU21/0110) will not be decided at the Ordinary Meeting on 20 July 2023.
