MPN Consulting Further Advice Response Letter

It is understood that further levels within the neighbouring properties have been requested by council.
Neighbouring owners consents have been sought to pickup further levels through the neighbours
property as requested by council however no consent has been provided to date.



It is considered that for the purposes of the development application, sufficient information has been
provided. The additional survey data requested by council will be provided as part of the detailed design
approval
