2.8 Potentially Occurring Threatened Species

The State Wildnet database"! identifies known records for threatened (i.e. listed under the regulations
of the Nature Conservation Act 1992 and/or Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act
1999). There are reportedly four records for flora (within 2km) and eight records for fauna (within
2km). Refer Table 1 (flora) and Table 2 (fauna) with explanatory notes provided below the table. The
State Wildnet Database is provided in ATTACHMENT B and the Commonwealth Report in
ATTACHMENT A.

The majority of these species would either be restricted to habitats that do not occur within or
adjacent to the subject land. Likelihood of occurrence is discussed further in this report.
