Re: Need for Crossover Property number 150001 The only other crossover is onto Eumundi rd. some 300meters to the south of our proposed crossover. There is only limited access to the northern area of our property in question through a gate we provided for Noosa Fire fighters. This 5000sqm area at the northern end of Lot 26 has been isolated forever say fora 3m gate that we provided for the Noosa Fire brigade over 15 years ago as they had no access to the scrub to the north of our property way before any subdivision was even contemplated. This land was all zoned rural with houses to the west that the Fire brigade had concerns for. They have utilised access several times to fight scrub fires to the north. We have no immediate plans for this 5,000 sqm block of land to the north of our complex, but last week a concerned neighbour from RP901045, Mark Bain Constructions ( Shane ) telephoned asking if he could access his building perimeter to work on structural water leaks to his property to our northeast. His concern was tenants with severe water leaks were talking of breaking leases & suing for compensation if the water problems were not fixed. Knowing how any of us would wish to be treated in these circumstances I said if you can get into our block from the northern road then go ahead as the top gate was limited access only that the fire brigade had used. Also, on the issue of access through our property Mark Bain Constructions( Shane) spoke of recent conversation with Noosa Council engineers about the dubious spoon drain to the south of his building that is council property, namely EMTZ south of RP901045. The only true access to that failing spoon drain is through our Lot 26. We would be happy to oblige the council with easy access as soon as this crossover is passed. If you wish we could enlarge the crossover dimensions, at no expense to council, to accommodate the council equipment involved in this reconstruction. Please advise accordingly. Thank you, / Rosle OQ Sc Melvin & Rosalie Skilton, Owners Wit [17
