Arborist Report 14 Serenity Close, Noosa Heads 3 PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT The subject land is located within the Noosa Shire Council local government area and is subject to the provisions of Noosa Plan (2020). Under the scheme, the land is zoned Tourist Accommodation and Environmental Management and Conservation. The proposed development is for a Resort complex with ancillary retail. The development comprises resort accommodation, with 178 rooms, 11 suites and 15 villas, resort facilities, including restaurants, function rooms, indoor and outdoor recreation, well-being and open space areas, and resort retail.
