               1.     PROPOSAL
               The application seeks approval for a Material Change of Use for short-term accommodation. The
               proposal seeks to use the existing 2 storey dwelling house and does not involve any additions or
               alterations to the dwelling. The existing dwelling house includes 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, rumpus,
               living and dining areas, multiple deck areas and pool area. The dwelling also includes two covered
               carparking spaces within an existing shed.
