2.0 Site details
2.1 Site description
The subject site is a rectangular shaped lot located on the north-eastern side of Nannygai Street,
Noosaville and described as Lot 1 on SP297618. The entire site has been developed for a duplex
dwelling which approved two separate units. The application relates to the north western unit
known as unit 1. Figure 1 provides a plan of the location of the site.

Pedestrian and vehicular access is provided from Nannygai Street with a double garage accessed
from the driveway. The subject site is serviced by standard community infrastructure including
reticulated water supply and sewerage, underground telecommunications and overhead electricity
supply, bitumen roadways and kerb and channel.

The site is to the best of our knowledge is not known to be contaminated.
