RE:       LODGEMENT OF A DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION
Development Application for Material Change of Use of Premises for Aquaculture (Animal
Husbandry Type 1 – Traditional) over land described as Lots 3 and 4 on SP184294 in CTS34929,
situated at 3 & 4 / 15 Production Street, Noosaville


Martoo Consulting has been engaged by the applicant, Oceanic Technologies Pty. Ltd. owner of the
site to submit a development application seeking a Material Change of Use for Material Change of Use
of Premises for Aquaculture (Animal Husbandry Type 1 – Traditional) over the above two existing premises
at 15 Production Street, Noosaville. The Noosa Council is the Assessment Manager for this
development application under the Sustainable Planning Act 2009.

This development application has been prepared in accordance with the Sustainable Planning Act
2009 and is being lodged electronically. The following documents are attached with this application:

       1.       Proposal Report R-01744-01-A annexing proposal plans;
       2.       Completed IDAS Forms 1 and 5; and

                November, 2014 that a fee of $10230.00 will be applicable
