Project Outcome:

The ecological assessment and detailed tree survey confirm the values of the bushland patch mapped by
Council.

The proposed development is located on the existing developed/disturbed pat of the site.

The small bushland patch has a disturbed/non-native understorey.

The bushland patch is separated from the surrounding (consolidated bushland) by a road and fencing.

The proposed development intends to retain some bushland and individual trees and includes a
comprehensive landscaping exercise.
