3. EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE DETAILS
You are advised that on 21 March 2024, Council decided that a development approval is not
required for the following assessable development:
• Building Work Assessable against the Planning Scheme (Building Works within the
Hertiage Overlay on a Local Heritage Place)
This Exemption Certificate has effect for 2 years after the day the certificate was given, and,
attaches to the premises and benefits each of the owners, the owners’ successors in title and
any occupiers of the premises.
