1.4      Topography
The site is located on relatively flat terrain with a small slope toward the northern and eastern
boundaries between 1-3 degrees. The site reaches a topographic high of approximately 21m AHD
about the western boundary and declines towards the northern and eastern boundaries to a
topographic low of 15m AHD. No waterways are mapped onsite. Roof captured stormwater
discharges into an open unsealed drain on the eastern elevation of the Banksia Wing and discharges
this water into the adjacent NP wetland vegetation. A second unsealed stormwater drain traverses
through the southern end of the site and fans out onto the general slope adjacent to the south-east
corner of the site.
