Operational works application assessment

Please find attached application for an operational works application for the construction of a new residential
driveway crossover.

The application is required as the owner is proposing to have 2 crossovers on the property. There is already a crossover on
Wollomia Way, and the new second crossover is to be on Dayspring Street.

The existing dwelling is proposed to be demolished, and a new dwelling constructed by Brighton Homes.

Having 2 crossovers on this property will not impact the neighbours or the streetscape as each crossover is on a different road.
The owner wishes to have the two crossovers in order to have additional off site parking for vehicles, trailers, jetski and the like.
