Dear Shane

Following the Extraordinary General Meeting held on the 13" of August 2021, the Body
Corporate of Naousa 11 CTS 9402 approved by majority vote the improvement application
submitted by Lot 10 owner Mr Jason Darling to install a sail structure with a retractable system
and provide the Body Corporate with the applicable approvals from Noosa Council and a
Building Certifier prior to the works commencing.

The Body Corporate Committee therefore grant approval for the registered owner of Lot 10 Mr
Jason Darling to lodge a development application with the Council over the subject site being
Lot 10 rooftop deck in order to seek the relevant approvals required for the proposed sail
structure and for all expenses pertaining to this application to be paid directly by the owner of
Lot 10.
