The referral agency material for the development application was received by the
Department of Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning under section 272 of the
Sustainable Planning Act 2009 (the act) on 4 January 2016.

The department has carried out an initial review of the application and has determined that in
accordance with section 276 of the act, the following additional information is requested to
complete the assessment of the application:

Road Traffic Noise Assessment Report

1.       Please submit a Road Traffic Noise Assessment Report prepared and certified by a
         Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ).
         In accordance with the department’s Road Traffic Noise Management: Code of
         Practice, Chapter 4 and the Attachment entitled: ‘Additional requirements for repairing
         a Road Traffic Noise Assessment Report in accordance with an IDAS information
         Request’.
