SERVICES & ORGANISATION COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA 6 AUGUST 2019
NCS operates under funding agreements with both the State and Federal Governments. The
requirements of the various funding agreements dictate that NCS should aim to perform to a
‘zero bottom line’ standard, i.e. that all funding received should be fully expended on relevant
programs and services. At this point the financial results show a net overspend of $16,698. It
should be noted, however, that this is an interim result only and revenue from fees is expected to
grow as final invoices are issued prior to finalising year-end figures.
