Organisation Committee meeting dated 12 March 2019, providing an update on the activities of
Noosa Community Support for the period 1 July 2018 to 31 December 2018.

Risks & Opportunities
The loss of QCC funding presents a short-term financial risk while operations adjust to fall in line
with a reduced funding base. That said, management are confident that NCS continues to have a
viable future with the remaining CHSP and HAS funding packages and believe that a narrowing
of focus onto these core services will allow NCS to become more efficient and effective over
time.
