Part 1 Preliminary
1. Short title
This subordinate local law may be cited as Administration (Amendment)
Subordinate Local Law (No. 2) 2019.
2. Purpose
The purpose of this subordinate local law is to amend Subordinate Local Law No 1
(Administration) 2015.
3. Authorising local law
The making of the provisions of this subordinate local law is authorised by Noosa
Shire Council Local Law No.1 (Administration) 2015.
Part 2 Amendment of Subordinate Local Law No. 1
(Administration) 2015
4. Subordinate local law amended
This part amends Subordinate Local Law No. I (Administration) 2015.
5. Insertion of new sch 21A —Operation of short stay letting
After schedule 21—
insert —
“Schedule 21A Operation of short stay letting
Section 11
1 Prescribed activity
Operation of short stay letting.
2 Activities that do not require approval under the authorising local law
An approval is not required in respect of the undertaking of the prescribed
activity if the prescribed activity is undertaken at premises and —
(a) the premises form part of a complex comprising 2 or more places of
residence; and
(b) a resident manager resides at a place which is in. adjomimg. or
adjacent to, the complex: and
