Jot has the meaning given in the Body Corporate and Community
Management Act 1997.
occupant has the meaning given in section 6(j).
planning scheme means the planning scheme of the local government.
planning scheme policy means a planning scheme policy of the local
government.
vehicle has the meaning given in the Transport Operations (Road Use
Management) Act 1995.
waste container see Local Law No. 7 (Waste Management) 2018.°.

(Amendment) Subordinate Local Law (No. 2) 2019 made in accordance with the provisions of
