RAL25/0004, involving land described as Lot 105 on SP118458, situated at 62 Lake MacDonald
Drive, Cooroy QLD 4563.

Please find attached the following documentation:

   •     Engineering Design Plans, prepared by Covey Associates (Appendix A); and
   •     Landscaping Design Plans, prepared by Covey Associates (Appendix B).
Council’s prescribed fee for an application of this type being $7,569.00 will be paid on receipt of
Council’s invoice. The fee has been determined as follows:
