To Whom It May Concern

REF: MCU16/o153 AND REC16/o041

This written submission is to show my fullsupportfor the proposed development at 215 David Low
Way Peregian Beach, asl have considered the plans shown in the application and believe this will
be a very good result for the piece of land.

I have no objection to the uses proposed being motel, conference facility, housing on this vacant
land as all of these uses are completely appropriate for this location and consistent with the
surroundings. This development will tie in nicely with the new development occurring on the old
bowls club site and provide accommodation for visitors and residents who will utilise these
neighboring community and digital I.T hub uses. It will mean additional revenue and trade for the
local businesses which will provide long term sustainability and more jobs.

Sincerely

Chris Oxford
