PHYSICAL FEATURE REPORT Cooroy Creek was surveyed on plans MCH514 & MCH548. The land around the creek is generally flat and the bank is generally well defined, densley vegetated and stable. The natural feature adopted as the boundary, being the top of the bank, satisfies the location criteria. The location of the bank at stations A and B show good agreement with the original location. When examining aerial photography and available field notes it was noted some changes in the banks location between stations A and B. - There is no evidence of any man—made interference or sudden events. It would appear that the movement, has been by gradual and imperceptible means over I10 years since the original surveys. Therefore, the current location of the bank has been determined by field survey under s.108 of Survey and Mapping Infrastructure Act 2003. ALLOT | OF SEC 14 3 POR 100 LOT3 ON C56024 Lots Orig 6. Original field notes and creek traverse from RP153299 were used for a site inspection. It was determined, by inspection, that the original survey by RP153299 adopted a “High Bank” definition. The inspection confirms that the compiled boundary to the greatest practical extent, is consistent with the boundary at law, taking ambulatory boundaries into account. Cooroy Creek is well vegetated in this locality and the creek structure is stable and well defined. There is a “Low Bank” generally to the north of the “High Bank” that contains the normal flow of the creek. The watercourse boundary is compiled from the original plan.
