SUNRISE BEACH RAC OPW APPLICATION
This OPW application refers to Lot 6, Grasstree Court, Sunrise Beach, Qld, 4567.

The planting on site is predominately native species endemic to the Noosa area. The design includes
the retention of several habitat trees for Black Cockatoos and an additional 3 Allocasurinas trees
allowing the best possible outcome. One Eucalyptus Racemose tree will be planted near the habitat
fence for local Koalas. The design of the planting considers the Noosa Landscape Code and other
policies and the location of utilities and services.


There are several fences within the design. The fence to the frontage is set back in accordance with
condition 9, apart from a section of fence to screen a transformer. Fencing on the boundary with
Sunrise Beach Shops is not timber as this would conflict with the Bushfire Management Code.
All other conditions have been duly acknowledged and implemented.
