Please find attached a revised set of RAL plans in response to NC RFI item 6 and 7. Response is provided below;
     The driveways are located in the most suitable location for sight distance and safe stopping. The accesses
         are rural residential and not high traffic accesses. It is considered that generally people accessing a rural
         driveway know the property and random or frequent visitors are not expected. To alleviate councils
         concern of “driver confusion”, the driveways have been separated so they are not inter connected but
         remain in suitable positions for safe stopping the most critical aspect of rural access.
     Please refer to plan P05 which has been added to the drawing set. P05 identifies preliminary grading of the
         rural accesses, which identifies that the driveways are generally located on or close to natural surface and
         earthworks will be minimal.
