shown below, the site is located outside the Lake Macdonald water supply catchment.

The site currently hosts a stormwater easement for a 525 diameter pipe which traverses from
Garnet Street to Wimmer’s Lane at the rear. It is proposed to upgrade this pipe to 750
diameter and reroute it around the proposed building, to the vicinity of the existing sewer line
through the property and back to the existing manhole in Wimmer’s Lane. It is anticipated
that this will require a bank of 4 sag gullies in Garnet Street to accommodate the capture of
surface stormwater flow from a Q100 event. Calculations are shown in Appendix G.
