7.7   General Foundation Maintenance
The CSIRO document Foundation maintenance and footing performance: A Homeowner’s Guide (2003) is
attached in Appendix D for your information. This advice should be considered in the construction and
maintenance of the proposed development.

8.0     SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS
From a geotechnical viewpoint, our assessment is that the site is suitable for the proposed development, and
that there is a Low Risk of slope instability subject to implementation of the recommendations in this report.

9.0     LIMITATIONS
Your attention is drawn to the document, Limitations which is attached in Appendix E.
