Proposed Minor Change Application
We refer to the above project and submit for Council’s approval a Minor Change application to OPW18/0342.
The proposed change is to replace the current Ecological Management Plan under the above approvals with the revised EMP
attached. The EMP has been developed by Gondwana Ecology in consultation with Council’s Connor Neville.
We understand the above constitutes a Minor Change to a Development Application – Minor matters and as such attracts a fee
of $2,258. Please contact Mr David Andrew (Bluecare’s Representative) on 0418 940 512 to arrange payment.
We request Council’s approval of the aforementioned design changes to OPW18/0342.
