Civil Package

An upstream catchment from the adjacent property to the north east is expected to drain overland into the subject
site. The upstream catchment, of approximately 380m² is currently undeveloped and is expected to drain as overland
sheet flows across the property boundary. This area is shown in yellow in Figure 2.2 - Site Characteristics (Noosa
Council Intramaps, 2022).
