The open space area at the top of the site will be used for passive recreation as is the case for
the open space area towards the north as shown on the Landscape Concept Plan (refer extract
Figure 2).

The majority of the development is now outside of the Biodiversity Overlay area shown as a
dotted line on the Landscape Concept Plan (refer Figure 2). The proposed pathway and small
timber decks will be strategically placed to maintain the existing trees. There is no change to
the overflow parking area to the east, which is located within an existing cleared/disturbed
area of the site.
