    •   Geotechnical Assessment, prepared by Tectonic Geotechnical and Environmental Engineers;

    •   Site Based Stormwater Management Plan, prepared by Empire Engineering; and
    •   Attachment 1 – Planning Scheme Code Assessment.

It is understood that a fee of $8,329.00 applies to this application. This fee will be paid upon receipt of
