As a regular visitor to Noosa over the past 20 years, I have seen the loss of vegetation and the increase of development and the declining visibility of Koalas.

While progress is a part of our lives, wiping out Koala species should not be seen as acceptable. Nor is relocation a option

Relocation does not work - recent attempts such as Currumbin have failed. It should not even be considered. We must stop clearing habitat and fragmenting corridors

In light of the Federal Governments recent listing of Endangered, this hotel development must be relocated , not the Koalas and Noosa needs to do better in protecting its natural environment and wildlife

I expect Noosa Council and the Qld Govt reject this application outright
