Pursuant to section 275 of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 (SPA) please be advised that a copy of the Acknowledgement Notice and the application material was referred to the State Assessment Referral Agency (SARA) on 17 May 2016 as required by Schedule 7, Table 3, Part 11, of the SPR2009. This is because the subject land is located in a management area for unexploded ordinance (UXO). Further, I have confirmed that material has been received and is properly made with SARA.

Please find attached a copy of the Acknowledgement Notice and the application material for the abovementioned development.

The referral of the application to the State Assessment Referral Agency (SARA) is required because the subject land is included in a management area for unexploded ordinance (UXO). Consequently, the application is to be referred pursuant to Schedule 7, Table 3(11) of the SPR 2009, being potentially contaminated land.

It would be appreciated if you could advise of the application number and the relevant assessment fee as applicable as soon as possible.

This is the first of 2 emails.

Please note landscaping plans have not been provided due to the size of these files, but can be provided if necessary.
