                 It is unclear how compliance with the pollutant load reduction targets have been calculated. The development
                 source node unmitigated loads should be factored by the required pollutant reduction percentages and then
                 compared to the results from the model. It is unclear if this has been done.

                 Information Request:

                 23. Provide a copy of the MUSIC model.

                 24. Provide further reporting of results which shows: the unmitigated loads from the development site(s) nodes
                 only, the required load reductions (kg/yr) from the development site loads in order to meet the targets, and the
                 mitigated results at the receiving node.

                 Response:

                 24. Calculations for mitigated loads are shown in Table 3-8, demonstrating that the bioretention basin
                 meets the target reductions for the development site.
