RE: 11 Majestic Dr, Pomona (LOT 5 RP324164)
OPERATIONAL WORKS APPLICATION (Driveway Crossover, Earthworks and Retaining
Walls)

Please find enclosed an Operational Works application for the proposed driveway crossover,
earthworks and retaining walls at 11 Majestic Dr, Pomona.

Enclosed is the following documentation for assessment of the application: -

   1. DA Form 1
   2. Owners consent – 11 Majestic Dr, Pomona
   3. 360 Civil Consulting Engineering Drawings (2024038 Drawing No.’s 01 to 08 (Issue A))

This Operational Works design and documentation is considered to be generally in
accordance with the requirements of the Noosa Council Planning Scheme.

In particular the following responses are provided in relation to the various applicable
council development codes.

Earthworks Code
   • The proposed fill is free draining and has a greater than minimum 0.5% across the
      proposed fill area.
   • Proposed earthworks will not amenity of the local area by way of dust, noise or
      visual amenity.
   • Proposed maximum retaining wall and fill depth is 1.5m.
   • Proposed fill and retaining walls are set back from the rear lot boundary so that no
      interference on the drainage channel to the rear will occur.

Water Quality and Drainage Code
  • Fill will sufficiently drain to the rear of the property.
  • The proposed fill and retaining walls will not impact on the existing open channel
      located at the rear of the lot, external to the site boundary.
