6.7 Engineering

The documentation provides a stormwater management plan and report which complies with the
Planning Scheme, treating the water prior to entering Lake Doonella.

A swept path diagram plan has also been provided that demonstrates that a B99 vehicle can park
and enter and exit the site in a forward gear. Then swept paths are provided in Appendix C.


6.8 Applicable Overlay Codes

The Planning Scheme includes a number of overlays which provide additional information in relation
to local interests. The site is subject only to the Flood Overlay which requires the development to
meet a minimum floor level. The proposed floor level is 2.8m AHD which meets this requirement.
