COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL


That Council;
A. Note the report by Director Development and Regulation to the Audit and Risk Committee
   meeting dated 29 May 2026 regarding Short Term Accommodation and;
B. Note that the matters raised have been previously addressed through detailed legal advice and
   independent review and;
C. Note that the material does not warrant the need for further investigation or external referral and;
D. Continue to monitor legal developments relevant to short-term accommodation as part of its
   oversight role.
