I hereby notify of my intention to move the following motion at the Ordinary Meeting to take
place on Thursday 18 May 2017.


NOOSA WATERFRONT RESTAURANT REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF EVENTS IN
ADJACENT RECREATION PARK RESERVE

That Council note the Council resolution at the Ordinary Meeting of 20 April 2017 and agree to
issue further Temporary Event Permits to the Noosa Waterfront Restaurant for existing event
bookings from 22 July to 30 November 2017.

Under the Standing Orders for Noosa Council Shire 2014, Section 16 Notified Motions, I hereby
give notice to the Chief Executive Officer in writing and at least seven days before the meeting that
I intend to move the motion as shown above at the Ordinary Meeting to be held 18 May 2017.
