Further to our recent meeting on 22 March 2021 and follow up discussions, we hereby agree to 'stop the clock' on the current decision period for 10 business days in accordance with Section 32 (2) of the DA Rules.  This is to allow additional time for the matters raised to be resolved and assist Council finalising their assessment of the application.
