Dear Mayor,
I believe that,the SCRC should not approve ,the application ,for the proposed Broiler farm ,at 136 Top Forestry Road. The SCRC has a "Duty of Care " to all users of Top Forestry Road. Both Council's and the Applicants planners ,have both stated,that Top Forestry Road is too narrow,for the large trucks used ,in the Broilers farm operations. Without the Widening of the road,the application ,should be deferred ,to the new Noosa Council,or rejected all together.I also do not believe ,decisions ,should be made, on the behalf of the new Noosa Council.
