4.1.4   Zone Designation

The subject site is located within the Medium Impact Industry zoning designation of the Noosa Plan 2020.
“The purpose of this zone is to provide for –
    a) medium impact industry; and
    b) other uses and activities that—
           i.    support industry activities; and
          ii.    do not compromise the future use of premises for industry activities.”
