    That Item H be added to read:
    H.   Request the CEO undertake a review of the outdoor dining permit for Sails Restaurant,
         to ensure the permit conditions and the outdoor dining use area are consistent and the
         structure is temporary in nature, prior to the renewal of the annual outdoor dining
         permit.

    That Condition 7 be amended to read:
    7.   The public land fronting The Parade must be landscaped. The works must be
         undertaken in accordance with an Operational Works approval and Planning Scheme
         Policy Landscaping Plants & Guidelines suitable for the locality and further request that
         the BBQ and unapproved fencing be removed from public land as part of the works
         undertaken pursuant to this approval.

    That Condition 5 be amended to read:
    5    Pergolas on the roof terraces must be:
         a.     setback a minimum of 6m from the northern roof terrace edge / balustrading;
         b.     a maximum of 9m2 in area; and
         c.     a maximum of 2.7m in height.
