Dear Mr Amson,
‘hank you for your email on Aug 27 and the opportunity to submit a petition for
consideration in relation to the storage of watercraft in Noosa Waters.
As you know, following complaint/s, a number of residents have been issued
with Compliance Notices in relation to the storage of their watercraft in the
canal. The current practice of storage has been in place for about 20 years with
no affect or impact on the waterway, on residents or council.
The attached petition requests a change to the guidelines in the current Noosa
Plan (Noosa Waters Estate Waterways) and a delay on any action against
residents until a solution is found
