        Based upon the available setback distances to residences, the proposed
        spreading methods and prevailing meteorological conditions, it is considered
        that the reuse of the poultry litter on-site can be managed in accordance with
        a Site-Based Environmental Management Plan to not cause unreasonable
        odour impacts at sensitive receptors.
