Hi Helen,
Lovely to chat with you today regarding your enquiry. I can confirm that the wall is a council asset installed within the road reserve and technically considered a council asset. As discussed, wa
support infrastructure above. Underground power, water & sewer or telecommunications infrastructure above. Further investigation should be undertaken to determine if this is the case at this
proposed driveway location. I suggest lodging an Operational Works application for this nonstandard driveway and associated retaining wall alteration works.
If it is determined that there is no infrastructure being supported above the wall and it can be removed, any new retaining structure should be located behind property boundary as a private as
most appropriate profile for the road reserve area with appropriate remediation and tie back of the existing walls adjacent to your site.

No issues with UW & Council stormwater.
NBN is located in the affected area - approx 600mm from the property alignment and depends how deep.
Further investigation is recommended by a Surveyor to locate all services on a plan.
We can get the OPW application started.& maybe get a detailed plan and section drawn to locate NBN and the proposed finished ground levels. in the road reserve.
