Firstly we have no opposition for a car wash in Cooroy  however the Elm St is not a suitable site. We have lived in Opal Street for 50 years and the amount of traffic using Opal Street today is incredible.  Main bus route to Noosa also. The traffic generated by Your Mates Pub see parking everywhere. Also trying to turn into Elm St from Opal Street  become dangerous especially when the bus stop is in use and cars trying to get into the service station.
