                                                                  Guests are provided with a lush and attractive
                                                                  landscape. Landscape zones takes on a slightly
                                                                  different coastal landscape characteristic to
                                                                  strengthen identity for each area.




                                                                            Nature
                                The landscape takes refference from the Sunshine
                               Coast’s natural assets and aims to sit harmoniously
                            within its surrounding environment. Planting palettes
                             consist of native and endemic species and have dual
                              sensory function of sight/smell and attracing local
                                fauna. Hardscapes and forms are directly inspired
                                   from the surrounding natural assets that define
                                                            Noosa’s sense of place.




               SITE                                               Oasis
                                                                  Vegetation is used as both practical a landscape
                                                                  buffer as well as in adding an outdoor space open
                                                                  to use for guests. Whether on ground, podium
                                                                  or vertical, green elements are incorporated to
                                                                  improve both climate, ambiance and outlooks.
                                                                  Hardscape and waterscapes will celebrate the
                                                                  Oasis themewithin the design.




                                                                  Scale
                                                                  Appropriate landscape elements, including
                                                                  vertical gardens, podium planters and buffer
                                                                  planting to reduce scale and create a human-
                                                                  scaled environment.
