This area of the Noosa River is home to a variety of commercial water-based operations. The
dimensions and nature of the proposed redevelopment are not only in keeping with this amenity
of the River but also compliant with the conditions of the lease use. The amenity of the river in this
area is shown below in Figures 8 and 9 below.
